zhenyus	d258694c04	feat(devsvc): add RabbitMQ configuration to values.alpha.yaml ... - Introduced RabbitMQ connection settings including host, port, username, password, and virtual host in values.alpha.yaml. - Updated devops-config.yaml to include RabbitMQ environment variables for configuration.
